    Interestingly enough I also place an order for over $200.00 from Jordan on April 4, 2012 who insisted that I email the funds since his Visa terminal was down which I did. He further assured me that the order would be shipped out on the 5th. As of April 17, I have not received delivery of the order nor after repeated and repeated phone calls and emails have I been able to contact Jordan since then. The same scenario played out with another order a month or two back which was only resolved by my contacting his father at home. I have not chosen to repeat this but have forwarded the issue to the Vancouver BBB for resolution.
